• Developing a "complex" thinking about the social phenomena that are the subject of social service activity and considered a basic requirement for taking on the professional outlook;
• Ability to analyze the life stories of individuals so as to identify the social disadvantage often at the base of the marginal processes involved with service users and the experiences of dealing with sprawling events;

Type of Assessment
First written test: summary questions on the topics covered in the first and third modules; Second written test on the analysis of a life story through the construction of the biogram and relational and social processes. The validity of the written exam will relate to the current academic year. Oral testing can be supported by anyone who has passed the written tests.
