Learning Objectives
At the end of the course, the student will be able to decipher principles, rules and lexicon of the general part of the Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law. Therefore he will be able to critically analyze legal cases and politics of lawmaking. In particular he will acquire basic concepts that are very important to perform the role of social worker, journalist or employments that entail penal knowledges or cooperation with criminal Courts. Later, the acquired competences will be also fundamental for facing more special criminal law subjects (international criminal law, juvenile criminal justice, penitentiary law, special penal laws etc.)
