Course Content
The course intends to supply the students with the theoretical and methodological tools both for the comprehension of the Italian social security system and to face up the main issues related to current law. The course is divided in two parts. The first part deals with the legal relationship between the subjects involved in the social security sistem, whereas the second part is about the most important protective measures.
