Obbiettivi formativi: Il primo e secondo modulo passano in rassegna una serie di arictoli ed editoriali scritti durante il “Civil Rights Movement” negli Stati Uniti durante gli anni 60. Inoltre si analizzeranno alcune sentenze della Corte Suprema e vari discorsi del Presdient John F. Kennedy e del leader del movemento Dr. Martin L. King. Poi, gli eventi saranno esaminati da un punto di vista storica attraverso l’esame dell’opinione espresse nei vari giornali piu importanti e nei discorsi del Presdient Barack Obama negli ultimi anni.
